Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 35% of the service fee. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to stay on schedule. No additional guests or children are allowed in the treatment area for safety reasons. By booking, you consent to the use of photos/videos for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
